​I want to start off by saying I want to do my part for the NVLD community. Helping the community to me means making an authentic, positive community for teens and young adults to get to know each other and form friendships 😀 We talk about hobbies/interests, pets, self-care, creativity, personal development, and goals. New addition: If there's anyone working on projects related to their NVLD experience they're welcome to share it! I'm trying to make more interactive content. The first addition has been a group chat to have more in-depth conversations and get to know each other better. I'm working on coming up with more ideas. I've thought about doing personal development/self-care, and hobbies/interests challenges, and collaborative group projects. One specific idea I came up with was writing a book with the people who are comfortable sharing their experience to help others. I'm also trying to figure out how to fit in content about what's going on. Nothing specific, just whatever is happening at the moment. I don't know how to start that and how not to do it too often.
